Hmm...mine would be playing chess with Nick in the loft by the light of
the fireplace and a Beethoven CD in the background. I'm sure I
wouldn't stand much of a chance winning the chess game, but I'd still
play for the interesting conversation.

Thanks to all who answered my query. So I send my mail
again. I can only hope that the original won't turn up
later and cause any disturbance.

Hi,

I have been working on a Forver Knight fanfiction
catalog that should help anyone to find a story (s)he
is looking for. Some "older" members may remember that
I sometimes posted an URL with my catalog-experiments,
but they never functioned really well. Now I hope that
my son found the perfect form for it, and with 4313
records it is worth a try. Of course, there are still
hundreds of stories waiting to be catalogized, and
even many of the existing records need some more
information. If someone wants to participate in this
work, I would appreciate any help. Please remember:
there are NO archives on this page, it is essentially
a collection of information and of links.

The URL is: http://fklist.drejto.hu

It is on our private server, but I hope that it will
function for you.

Screed - to a flea market. I suspect we'd end up having a "posting to eBay"
marathon afterwards. LOL!

That would be with Javier traveling around the country, seeing the sights,
sleeping under the stars and feeling the rumble of his bike as we go place
to place...and listening to him talk of times gone by, what life was really
like way back when -- sorting the reality from what is printed in the books.

Aaaaaaaa...*dreamy sigh*

Ok, time for my head to get out of fantasy land so I can finish my email,

Mine would be just to talk to them
mabye an interview

We know how grandparents like to say "In my day . . . "

I'd love to hear LaCroix give a lecture about his life
I bet there are a few historians who'd love to hear a first hand
account of some battle or some other famous event
(even if he was only there to feed)

History is written by the winners, so LaCroix may have
some bit of info that didn't make it into the history books

There was an old twilight zone from the 60's like this
A man that was a couple thousand years old that became a history teacher
maybe LC could teach history???

I bet there are a few archoloigests who'd love to hear
about life in Pompii before it was burried

The problem is you couldn't do anything with the stories
You can't tell anyone they came from a 2000 yrd old vampire

Well, how about a CHARADES night at Nick's loft?
Nick's team vs. LaCroix's team, of course.

If Nick had Schanke, Natalie, and Screed on his team,
and LaCroix had Jeanette, Vachon, and Button {oh, yes,
I can TOO cross seasons, it's MY fantasy!}, that should
make a good start. Then we can add our other favorite
characters {such as Felix} to each team, as desired.

Everyone promises to play nice, with no cheating or
"vamping out" during the game. Anyone misbehaving earns
a penalty and 10 minutes in the pouting chair. Repeat
offenders must endure getting a mustache drawn on with
a purple Sharpie marker. {Close your eyes and just IMAGINE
LaCroix with a purple drawn-on mustache!}

We could rotate Charades with Pictionary or Monopoly, but
Trivial Pursuit wouldn't be a good idea, because the vampires
would already know everything - having been there for all of it.

After the first round, we can form a conga line around to
the kitchen, for drinks; that way, we won't get leg cramps.
I'll bring some good CDs to listen to. Natalie could tell
stories about funny things corpses do {like sitting up}.

Later in the evening, we can play "Kiss the Tattoo" and "Do
you see that alligator in the rug?" Before the night's over,
we'll tell fortunes and a few secrets.

Oh, wait a minute - maybe I misunderstood what you meant by
the word "fantasy."

Ok, would anyone else pay to see this, because I would!! And another thing,
since so many people have suggested it, why not write the more *adult* (ahem)
fantasies out and post them on the fan fic list?? ;)
