Screed .... MORAL?!?!? Oi! 't ole bloke'll be spinnin' in his grave at
that idea. <g>

That rates a Limburger with jalpeno peppers at least, Tim, not just a
measly Monteray Jack. <g>

Hi Y'all!

Today is the birthday of:
        Brianna-Bree Echo Tiarra@a.......

Some famous people who share this birthdate are:
Dick Gautier, actor
Henry Winkler, actor
John Adams, 2nd U.S. president
Christopher Columbus, explorer
Fyodor Mikhailovich Dostoyevsky, Russian writer

This date is also the anniversary of:
1493, Christopher Columbus discovers island of Dominica.
1945, the U.S. government announced the end of shoe rationing. See, the
gov't has some ... SOLE.
1994: Thomas Nicely reports bug in Intels Pentium-processor on Internet.
The Pentium chip didn't accurately perform math functions 100% of the time

I hope you have a Happy Birthday, Brianna-Bree!

As a practising Wiccan unfortunately I have to say that that kind of
attitude is not unusual :(
There was a great article online written by a Catholic bishop (unfortunately
I have lost my copy of it) about Wicca and was basically stating that
"Christians who had this attitude should probably not be calling themselves
Christians". Although it said it very politely :)
perhaps you should refer your brother-in-law to
http://www.wiccan-refuge.com/christian.html as there as an interesting
article there written by a Christian about Wicca.
Now to haul this post kicking and screaming back on topic :)
I'm interested in the multi divinity issue, interesting theory, but the sign
of qa'ra (I think that is the right name) that kept Divia trapped in that
tomb was Egyptian right? and as far as I'm aware I think that the Egyptians
had more divinity's than you could shake a stick at :)

I can't remember who mentioned it earlier (I'm sure someone did) but the
fact that the jade cups were used for blood sacrifices, I would think would
mean that they wouldn't repel a Vamp (in fact would probably attract them),
due to a lingering evil vibe.

here in the south it is Beltane today)

My take on this was that "disappear" meant another vampire would dispose
of the body. Imperical evidence. Wouldn't want any medical examiners
finding unusually long teeth. ;)

I second that. What a coincidence I just watched it on the open TV on
Sunday night. It showed here in Brazil. I almost lost it as he was not in
the TV-Guides Newspaper listed as the main-character just two women names
were listed. Good thing I thought as I was taping it and what a surprise
when I saw the blond doc and realized the cutie pie was my fave vampire,
because first I was not really paying attention to it as I was surfing the
net on the same time, Made me go immediately off-line to watch and give the
movie all my attention.
Yeah, the movie was really hilarious got me giggling.
marianne:) the insomniac who still just saw until now only the first season
of Forever Knight. Sigh. Imagine the channel it was on had
collapsed-bankrupped all those years ago when it first aired and no other
channel took it to run my sweet vampire. and I have no cable. double-sigh

I have heard LaCroix call Nick "Nicolas", I'm sure of it. I remember because
it struck me as odd that he should do it one time and not others

Hi Eve,
I believe you're speaking of the flashback where LC was teaching Nick to
trace his(LC's) presence via his new link. "ecoute Nicolas, ecoute"
I would think that when moving from one region or country to another, a
vampire would maybe, per Aristotle, or according to their own preferences,
change their names in order to better fit in.
In other words, "When in Rome".
How does that sound?
Lisa

Nice detective work, Lisa--I actually used that clip in my video so that
probably was where I heard it. :)

I blame the fact that I was typing very fast trying to get the e-
mail out before I left work fro the day. I obviously meant Mortal.
But, perhaps, this is a Freudian slip and I really admire Screed and
deserve to be a Ratpacker. I know there was a FK fiction where
Tracy and Screed ended up in Vegas in love that I really liked....
Problem is, I never can understand what the esteemed Leaders O'
the Pack are saying when they Screed-speak :-)

ROTFLMAO!! I think Uncle might be a little peeved with you for comparing
him with Goofy. Still, it does bring up some rather interesting mental
images of some of those old Goofy cartoons that "instruct" one on how to
play golf, how to swim, etc. I can just see an animated LaCroix in some
instructional video for new fledglings -- "ALMOST All You Need to Know
About Being a Vampire." <BG>
