Subject: "sitting together" tickets for THE HOBBIT

Just a reminder that if you are going to attend MISSION GK 2000 to see Greg
Kramer in THE HOBBIT at The Young Peoples Theatre in Toronto at 7 p.m.,
November 11 and want to sit as a group, you need to e-mail me NOW to make
arrangements for me to order your ticket.

The theater is NOT set up to allow us to order tickets separately and still
sit together. Of course if you want to order your own ticket or are not sure
you can go yet, we'll arrange for a meeting place after the performance so no
one will miss one minute of fun!

For more info see:

http://www.ypt.ca

E-mail me OFF list ASAP if you want me to order your ticket with "the group."
This will be my last 'warning' on this part of the fun.

Subject: Vachon Snack Cakes

Can someone tell me the different types of Vachon Snack Cakes which are out
there? I don't need a description, just a couple of names of the more popular
items.

Also, while looking on the web for this info, I came across this site -- which
wasn't around back in 1995-6 when the show was on:

  http://personal.nbnet.nb.ca/vachon/famvac/intro.htm

It's info about the Vachon family genealogy in North America. Rather
interesting, actually, though it throws much doubt on "Vachon" actually being
Javier's real name. The name seems to have firmly originated and not strayed
(except for some fleeing Huguenots and some North American immigrants in the
1600s. No mention of the name in Spain, though it's possible a Vachon from
southeast France could have immigrated into Spain at some point prior to the
1500s.

Then, again, maybe his real name IS Valdez, and Vachon is the made-up name.
