Hey, Hey Guys :)
The things we do for Forever Knight. I tell you :) I certainly
hope everyone else went out and did their thing for today.
Well, after spending a considerable amount of time in the video
store, I discovered I already owed every TriStar video that I
liked, but bought two anyway: A Few Good Men & Immortal Beloved.
Then, went to the grocery store to start the sponsor stuff. After
dirty looks from others in line <G> and explaining to the cashier
that I needed each product rung up individually <VBG> I left the
store with:
1 package of Bic shavers
2 boxes of Pop Tarts (Strawberry, no Chocolate left :P)
1 large bottle of Pantene shampoo
and
1 large can of Spam Lite & 1 small can of regular Spam
(In the name of science, I'm planning to open the smaller can,
leave it on the counter, and see how long it takes for something to
start growing out of it. I figure in a year or so, it'll be a very
nice little planter <G> ) Okay, how many people just went "Ewwwww"
Also, went through MacDonald's drive-thru and asked for a receipt.
ObFK: Did anyone notice that the ending of the show on their
syndicated station had a final screen saying, "Made in association
with USA Network"? This had never appeared on my station before
and I'm wondering if it's new.
Also, there was word of GWD's Dracula: The Series episodes coming
up in repeats soon, does anyone have any information on that?

The President of the Geraint Wyn Davies Fan Club posted
<His concern with the on-going effort to save FK is that if <Tri-Star/the
power-that-be are "forced" to renew FK, the <funding would be minimal. . . >
I don't think this is aimed at the fans, as some have indicated. Let's face
it, all we can hope to do is CONVINCE Tri-Star that Forever Knight is a good
investment. If they believe that, they will fund it. In fact, I don't see
that ANYONE can FORCE Tri-Star to renew this show, unless they think they can
make money on it.
I look forward to the Ger interview, hoping to get a clearer take on this.
