I was reading an article about the design and comfort of airplane
seats and at the end of the article there was a section about "great
moments in airline seating" and this was listed....

"1948: Capital Airlines introduces the first coach class, called
"Nighthawk" service, with night-only flights, no meals and seat rows
spaced closer together for less leg room."

I immediately thought of Nick and Co. Gee did a vampire come up
with this idea... night only flights.... no meals... Hmmmmm

I was reading a fanfic from another fandom, and one of the characters that was
mentioned in the story was...are you ready....Alyssa. I just busted out
laughing almost falling out of my chair from the effort. It turns out that this
Alyssa is a young girl who happens to be one of the show's main characters.

I just thought I should share this moment of insanity with you all.

I was curious if anyone has kept up the web pages for the original NATPE 7?
I've found two links that aren't apparently up.

Having finally purchased the first season on DVD I was relooking through FK
history and realized I hadn't read about the group of FK commandos 8)

My apologies if this has been brought up before.

Thanks!

Sorry, for those not familiar with the NATPE 7 they are referenced at:
http://www.loftworks.com/FK/Show_Info/background.html

Taken from the site:
The Friends of Forever Knight began a campaign that has been compared to some
of the best lobbying groups in Washington DC today. The National Association of
Television Programming Executives (NATPE) couldn't have been more suprised by
the valiant efforts of 7 dedicated fans who descended on the NATPE annual
convention on January 24th (1996). Armed with professionaly printed brochures, bags,
flyers, and strong knowledge of the demographics involved with the show, the
NAPTE team members were eventually recognized by Columbia Tristar Executives as a
serious, well-informed, and professional.

Thanks!
