Subject: FK prices

HI . . . I have a question about the
FK disks comming out

I've been on kinda fixed income
so I wasn't sure I could afford getting the disks

But I think I'll just get them anyway
& rationalize it later

Does anyone know who has what price
Are the pre-order prices still in effect

YEA - only a month to go!

Best Buy is still $22.99 with free shipping.

I have a list of prices from several online sites in my "Save the Knight"
and "Merchandise" sections. Best Buy still has the $22.99 price listed (but
this is definitely subject to change to the accurate price at about $55).
Some places like Amazon and Barnes and Noble seem to be honoring the
pre-order price (retail $29.95) if you ordered before the change.

So evil Lacroix probably is an investor in the show!

I can hardly wait to see this episode. Ever since they made a MINI into a

I was reading the ticker at the bottom of the screen of Fox news and
it said that they found the oldest humanoid bone in Europe in the
southwestern region of the Carpathian mountains in Romania. When I
read about the Carpathian mtns, I immediately thought "do the skulls
have pointy incisors?"
Ok, yeah a little far fetched, but I have had FK and vampires on the
brain.
Oh, and another... I have been looking for a dress for a wedding I
have to go to and I found this really cool red dress with black lace
covering the whole thing.... and thought "this is a Janette dress".
It is 'dark' but very classy looking... now I just have to go back to
try it on.

I saw a car with the vanity plate "Bass Bn" and caught myself craning my
neck to see the driver. Felt a little silly. I'm mean really, what would
Ben be doing in a San Diego thrift store parking lot? ;)

I've often wondered what would happen if you crossed
other shows that used the same actors into one
another. y'know, have Nick find an alive and well
Skanke in the New Troy State Pen under the name of
Lucky Leon... Or have Miss Parker from The Pretender
somehow related to Lois from Lois and Clark because
their fathers were both played by Harve Presnell...

Aren't there a bunch of FK/HL crossovers where immortals think
Nick is Dr Michael Moore?

Well, the last I saw of Miss Parker, she was being told that he
actually wasn't her father, but still...

Ooh! Where? Could someone fill me in? As a huge fan of
both series, I'd love to read them.

Yeah, it's not really FK related, but I saw this on an elaborate tattoo and am
dying to know what it means. Is there a French-speaker in the house? As close
as I could copy it, it read: "si rien nimporte du tout puis le mal pas aussi
mauva quaud vous tombez". I can pick out words like 'also', 'bad', and
'nothing' (I think), but I'm at a loss. Thanks a million for the favor and the
indulgence.

Subject: Admin: OT is against the rules

Just a reminder. Off-topic posts are not permitted on Forkni-l unless you have
my or Don's permission. This is plainly stated in the rules which are posted
every Sunday.

I know some lists allow off-topic posts with the OT pre-fix. Forkni-l doesn't.
This list is for the discussion of Forever Knight and its fandom. If anyone
has an off-topic post, ask me or Don. We do sometimes allow OTs if we think
there's a good reason.

I usually just remind people the first time unless there's a serious problem.
Mistakes do get made and sometimes new subscribers haven't yet seen the weekly
rules post. Don and I allow for that.

Please remember that the rules are the same for everybody and they are enforced.
We don't like to do this. It means noposting the subscriber until we get an
undertaking to keep the rules.

Thanks, and I'm very glad to say that this list is a joy to administer.
