Yeah!!! let's go! Any Cousins want to join in? We can also go in and fill
Nick's refrigerator with lovely fresh peaches and other assorted items... and
... and...!

:) I'm being very very naughty and thinking I should stop now.

I forgot to mention that I still have a chance of
making LCA but it's kinda up in the air right now.
Hey, at least if I can't make a Gerthering this year,
I still might get to go to LCA and meet NB and maybe
get my audiobook signed.

Evil Pink silly string?? If you haven't read it you really should check it

Hi-
For those of you who had asked, I put up my pictures of my FK bears.
The pics are rough right now. I will in the future clean them up a
bit, but I just wanted to get them up. I also added my two newest
fanfics to the site as well. The address is in my sig. (the FK bears
is actually on my other site due to space, but my regular FK site has
a link to them)

A short account of the performance on Friday night...

I attended this performance, along with Barbara Stone and my friend (and non-FK
person) Julie Printz. I thought it all went quite well, comparable to the
version I saw in Startford last summer. Ger looks quite well (hair a bit
longer, but still that blasted goatee! I hate the goatee!). We did have a bit
of excitement towards the end of the first act, though.

An older lady in the second row who had some sort of medical problem suddenly
moaned several times, rather loudly. There was a bit of a flurry in the
audience, and after a moment Ger stopped the play and asked for assistance for
her.

A good ten minutes passed while she was laid out on the floor and a wheelchair
was brought. All this time the house lights were up and Ger stood quietly on
stage, watching what was going on or looking at the papers on the desk onstage.
Finally, after the lady was placed in the wheelchair, removed from the theatre,
and the chairs rearranged (they had been all moved to make room for her to lie
on the floor), the house lights went down and all attention was back onstage. I
wondered how Ger would draw us back into the play--this had to be any actor's
nightmare---but he managed it very well. He said, in character, "I always have
that effect on the ladies!" which drew a laugh and a round of applause.
Whereupon he continued from where he had left off, and there was scarcely any
sense of discountinuity.

Most of the FK people went to the theatre's bar after the performance, and
after a while Ger arrived. He did circulate the room a bit, but mostly sat with
George, Rosemary, and Quinn at a table in the corner. There was some picture
taking, but I don't know who was doing it. He stopped by my table for a moment.
He was wearing a really nice gray cable-knit turtleneck sweater---it looked
great!

So that's a synopsis of the goings-on on Friday. I'm sure other attendees at
other performances will be chiming in soon!

Ok, I've found out what LC has been doing since "moving on". He's now a
horoscope columnist! Check out my horoscope from yesterday and today...

Yesterday:

"Revel in the mental ability you have over those who are weaker. Realize you
must make a descision. Only you can change the path."

Today:

"You might consume forever and still be unchanged. Satisfying yourself has
the pleasent side-effect of beautifying the world. People far and wide are
already noticing what you bring."

Guys, this was from a regular, run of the mill site. Makes me wonder...
Someone needs to start posting a FK-related horoscope for the list.

He'd have the rumpled suit with the grey overcoat, and probably a donut in
his hand. Plus he'd be a darker bear... don't know how you could do balding,
and I doubt they do cigarettes... LOL

I don't know, but Natbear should have reddish brown fur if
possible and wear scrubs and a labcoat. If you can get a black
bear, that's Janette.

Ah . . . no smokes, maybe a pack of gum in
his pocket or wearing the "Patch"

He'd be wearing a shirt that said
"Souvlaki or bust"

Maybe the other bears should have slogans too

LC's would be "I'm the one your mom warned you about"
OR his line
"My, my.. we are in a mood tonight"

Nick should have a picture of fangs & read "Vampires Suck"
OR
Just have the Ying/Yang symbol (Good & evil intertwined)
