First let me say I don't really think there should be an ending. Very
few final episodes of series are very satisfying satisfied me. I prefer
to think of the characters carrying on their adventures in Toronto. If
you let Nick become human you take him away from LaCroix thus ruining
one of the major plot lines

If I wanted to alter anything I would find away to undo Schanke's death in
Black Buddha simply because I find it depressing. more so in reruns.

But having said that I see the ending two ways.

Either laCroix tires of the Nick inability to come to some sort of
arrangement with natalie and arbitrarily brings her across .

OR

I leave last Knight pretty much the way it was but make it very clear
LaCroix didn't kill Nick. but Instead LC took him away leaving Natalie
to her fate. (The Fleur bargain is paid)

Now come the consequences.

both Nick and LaCroix believe Natalie is dead. Nick is a basket case.
Shades of Curiouser and Curiouser trapped at the moment of his killing
Natalie. Unable to function. as either a vampire or a mortal. LaCroix is
forced to come to realize he made a fatal error in judgement one which he
would give anything to undo . In short he has toyed with Nick's mind once
too often. Turnabout is fair play

Luckily (since I like happy endings) Unbeknowst to either of them janette
brought Natalie across However Janette is still annoyed at both of them.
Nick for bringing her back across and LaCroix for leaving natalie to die.
so she didn't tell them what she did. LaCroix sent people to tidy up mess
therefore he wasn't surprised that police didn't find natalie's body.

As for natalie sinc e she doesn't know what happened after Nick bit her.
she is both angry and hurt.

Meanwhile the police are looking for Nick .

Obviously at some point in time they all get together again. As I said I
like happy endings. perhaps LaCroix goes to Janette for help with Nick and
discovers Natalie with her. Janette is alarmed by the news of Nick's
state of mind.

Janette brings Natalie to Nick but Nick doesn't believe she is really
there. thinks she is Just another hallucinations.
Here is where I would like to see Schanke come back into the story as the
one person who has never wanted anything from Nick except his friendship.

You know folks, after all these brilliant ideas on how we'd end or not end
FK are we going to have another "Forever Not" challenge?

After all, it has been some time since that challenge by Susan G.

Hi-
Figured I'd ask both in one message-

1. In the flashback of Unreality TV, do we have an exact battle or
location or just that it is the Civil War? I am working on a fanfic
and need to know if it fits.
2. Are the red FK tour shirts and the light blue KtK still available?
Mine are getting a bit ratty. I wear them alot and they are wearing
out. I can't find any info on them.

Thanks!

It's all most certainly the Second Battle of Bull Run (Union name for it) or
Second Battle of Mannassas (Confederate name). The photographer says he took
LC's picture down by the run. While the writer may have assumed that "run" was a
common, general Southern term for a creek or stream and used the word
generically, it's not. So I think Bull Run (a creek near the town of Mannassas)
is most likely the locale. It's most likely the second battle because the
Confederate forces routed the Union army in the first. To this day historians
are still debating why Lee didn't move on Washington. If he had, the Confederacy
might have won the war.

Anyway, there wouldn't be a Union (Nick's in Union uniform) field hospital in
the country after the first Bull Run for obvious reasons. For date and battle
details, I'd say try the web.

Speaking of T-shirts, does anyone know anything about
the FK and Raven T-shirts available on Ebay? Are they
fan-created or genuine merchandise?

there....autographs are another big one)

I normally e-mail Greg "Screed" Kramer to say, "'Ey, DROOG! Check h'out the
guestbook!" This time, however, I'm going to hold off to give people more
time to post their birthday greetings to him.

Sure, he wasn't the star, or even a regular... but he WAS an important part
to the Forever Knight experience. Let's show him we haven't forgotten, that
we still love the show all these years later. It only takes a moment of your
time.

Those who have met Greg, knows how much he likes his fans. Several times
he's taken time after an exhausting play and out of a double-booked
scheduled to spend a few minutes with us.

So, let's wish him a 'Appy Barfday! (No matter how old he gets, he's always
going to be older than me - BWAHAHAHAH *snort*):

The shirts are fan made, but very professional. The person who makes
them is on this list. I got a FK jacket from her, and it is VERY
good quality. I also have a FK baseball cap. The prices are very
reasonable. I plan to get a Raven shirt as soon as I get other
things taken care of.

There are other creeks in Virginia called runs,
Donaldson Run where I grew up comes to mind. You're
right though that 'run' wouldn't have been used as a
generic term, the way creek or even stream would have.

Thanks Amanda for the great comment. But Kylie was the person who did the
jackets and the hats. She no longer has any listed on her web page for over
a year now. I believe she gave it up.
I've been doing the tees for three years now. I will have several other
designs coming up in the near future.
Some of my shirts are regularly donated to KtK.
I do custom work too. I'll have Angel, Tinker Bell and Disney's Monorail up
soon. I also have Charmed and Star Trek Nemesis on ebay.
But FK is my main love.
Any questions about shirts please ask.
But I must say I do miss Kylie's mdse.
Thanks for the interest.
