Yeah, I agree. Same thing with Black Buddha. It may seem crazy or silly or
whatever, but those two I don't like watching. I've only ever seen both of
them once, but I can't forget the whole Schanke dying on the airplane and
you see the airplane go and then the whole Last Knight thing . . . terrible,

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to let you know that BB was in a an episode of Night Visions, the
new show on SciFi hosted by Henry Rollins. He was only in the first ten
minutes or so, but I thought people would like to keep an eye out for reruns.

Romanians reject criticism of Dracula park plans
June 14, 2002

BUCHAREST, Romania -- Tourism officials rejected criticism Friday that
construction of a Dracula theme park in Transylvania threatens a nearby
medieval citadel. Dracula Park is to be built in Sighisoara, hometown of
the 15th century prince Vlad the Impaler, who inspired novelist Bram Stoker
for his practice of impaling captured Turks and other enemies on stakes.
The Tourism Ministry said UNESCO expressed concern that large numbers of
tourists and cars expected at the amusement park would threaten the
preservation of the nearby Sighisoara citadel, a UNESCO heritage site.
Deputy Tourism Minister Alin Burcea rejected the criticism, calling the
fears "unrealistic." He said tourism and UNESCO officials will meet later
this month to further discuss the project. "Depending on that meeting, the
Tourism Ministry will study the impact of the project and find solutions,"
the private news agency Mediafax quoted Burcea as saying. Burcea said the
government on Saturday would sign a contract with an international auditor
to evaluate the project.

<<The Nightcrawler monologue from the end of Black Buddah 2:
"Black magic, voodoo, bombers in the sky, people killed, people...but I
don't know why."
Definitely spooky.>>

Thanks for the refresh.

That is very spooky, and takes on a whole new meaning since 9/11.

Subject: Life without Schanke

<<A lot of the show's humor and heart was lost with the death of
Schanke. He was friend to both Nick and Natalie, he made Nick feel like
a human by accepting him for who he was (even without knowing he was a
vampire). They were true partners. Schanke was a good officer, smarter
than he often let on.>>

The episode where Schank left Myra was hysterical, and Close Call was
classic. And without Schanke, the humour was gone, and the invading
darkness just kept crawling in until that awful Last Knight.

Subject: Looking for fans in West and East

Hi, Listfamily

I will visit the USA with my family (no fans, although my son sometimes watches
the episodes with me). We will arrive 27 Juin in Phoenix, and after a week of
visiting the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas and Los Angeles, we will spend a short week
in New York, but I must be back at my workplace 15th July already. Are there any
fans near these places who are interested in getting to know a Hungarian fan
with her miserable English pronunciation? May be some who could lend me their FK
novels or fanzines or sold them to a modest price if they don't need them

Answer me offlist, please.
