Subject: Missing FK fan

I am hoping that someone on the list can help.  A while back there was a
post from a fan in Texas, and I wish I remembered her name, that stated that
Susan Pierce(or Swan or Seswan) was very ill.  She is very young, and had
several strokes in a row.  I believe she was at the last Gerthering.  The
fan who posted asked us to send email to her and that she would read them to
her at the hospital.  I just tried writing to Sue at Suspierce@a......., but
it keeps coming back.  I am worried about her.  Does anyone know how she is
doing?

Subject: Guarded Rejoicing

Hi Y'all!

I made it through the surgery this morning.  The worst part was being
hungry and having to hurry up and wait <G>  That and the hospital was
COLD!!!  The surgeon, who is one of the best in this city, told my mom
and dad that the lump "looked" benign.  I'm keeping my fingers crossed
that his diagnostic skills are as good as his reputation.  I'll find out
for sure on Monday.

I want to send everyone a great big virtual {{{{{{{{{{HUG}}}}}}}}}} and
my gratitude for all the support, prayers and good thoughts.  I have no
doubt that it was because of them that the news is so optimistic.  THANK
YOU!  My FK family is the best!
