LETTER WRITING INFO:

Write for the Knight! (this section is for snail mail writers! (VERY
important to keep doing!)
Let's redouble our efforts and really let "The Powers That Be" know that we
want more Forever Knight!
Do not be discouraged just because its not shown now!! schedules change on
Sci-Fi all the time.
The main idea is to be honest. Tell them your age,
where you live, how long you've been watching Forever Knight and how much
you'd like to see it back on TV. Do not, however, put anything on the
envelope that might indicate you are a FK fan or are writing about the show.
These letters are often considered "fannish" and you run the risk of being
ignored.Be business-like...explain why you're writing and why you think it
will be profitable to have the show back in production. Tell them what kind
of Forever Knight merchandise you have bought, and what you would like to
buy. BUT TELL THEM YOU WANT MORE FOREVER KNIGHT!

Thought Up By wonderful devoted fans such as yourselves.....

It's called "Operation Postcard Overload" as was told to KtK, "When
we all send letters to Sci-Fi/USA, we get postcards back, so why not send
postcards to them?" Its easy! Postcards are everyplace! How about postcards
representing the places you live? England, Austrailia, Germany, USA, all the
different states......
FK fans are all over the globe! Lets show TPTB that the World wants it
back!!!

Send the cards to:

One way to get some attention is to hit
the Sci-fi Channel Bboard with posts about how much we want FK back with new
eps or movies AND how much we want it back on the schedule! We can post new
messages, even sign a post there like we did with post 1000. One note however
is that new posts are
saved alphabetically on that board so a new original post to the board will
not appear exactly at the bottom of the last page
PLEASE EVERYONE SIGN! And also spread the word to other lists or newsgroups,
just let everyone know! The Knight must continue, along with NEW episodes!!
a brand new post has started a couple of weeks ago, by Kristin,(our newest
KtK member.)Please take some time while online to go
over and write a little message ,every one of you count!!! ask for the return
of Forever Knight. We ALL would like to see it back wouldn't we?

The NEW post can be found here:
http://www.scifi.com/bboard/browse.cgi/1/5/1686

Please add your name and letters, and also help to spread the word about
this.

<< Today's Washington Post had an article titled "Toothless Terror (They Used
to be Scintillating and Sexy. Now the Undead are Bor-ring)" >>

In addition to Elizabeth Miller, he interviewed me.<G> We had a long
conversation, and he seemed very nice. He was, however, completely up front
about his "vampires aren't sexy anymore" thesis, and I guess ultimately he
chose data to support his predetermined position. It's a thrill to be quoted
in the Washington Post, but I do wish he hadn't taken the one quote he used
out of context. The text frames my comments as if they support his thesis,
when in fact I talked at some length refuting it! And I did mention FK, of
course.

I would definitely, but politely, complain either by a phone call or via a
letter to the writer's editor. Misquoting or taking quotes out of context is
NOT good journalism. I used to be an editor (and before that a reporter) and
I'd sure want to know, though politely, if such tricks had been used.

Maybe not as dramatic as having Screed pop in h'on the gent wot ta show 'im
'ow sexy-loik a vampire kin be, but it'll do<wRPg>

Coming out of my corner of the world with a question for everyone, or
anyone. I can't seem to remember if I've posted The Teacher and Coming to
Terms to the fanfic list. Does anyone remember either of those titles with
Karen G as the author? They were two pieces that I worked on a long time
ago, that I remember struggling with the decision of to post or not. The
Teacher is a very short piece of work dealing with Lacroix beginning to
"teach" Katherine and the other, Coming to Terms deals with Nick telling
Lacroix that Natalie's pregnant. One of my beta readers suggested that I
blend the two stories. I think that's the foundation of my confusion...I
can't remember what I decided!
I'm sure that all of you with three kids, two dogs, three cats and a husband
can relate!
Well, if any of you happen to recall that I did post those two, would you
please email me privately? I'd appreciate it. (The time frame would most
likely be within the last 3 yrs. )

Thanks much

Subject: jackets again!

Just to clarify this. The opportunity for these jackets is a ONE-OFF AFFAIR!
Only if we get the 50(or more) will we get them at all, let alone at this
price.<g>

I am meeting with the rep next week so I will need to know by then if we can
make the numbers!

Payment is NOT required now, we just need numbers!!<g>
If finance is an issue, e-mail me off list. I am sure we can work out some
