They'd been airing the first season before that. To tell you the truth, I was half hoping they'd repeat the 1st season. I still hadn't gotten a good copy of "Dance by the Light of the Moon". But since it isn't (IMHO) a great ep (except for the Janette stuff), I can live with it. :) ATV has been remarkably good about airing FK. The sort of channet fk watchers hope for. An 11pm airtime. Late enough so that they don't feel they have to censor (I'm still realing over b*itch being blocked out of the WGN Highlander), but early enough so that you can get a good nights sleep. And then when specials come up (movies and baseball), they just postpone the show and air it later. A bit jumbled, but they don't have to air it to a specific time schedule. ----------------------- RE: fkwarii & forkni-l Just a short note. I was... surprised to get a 245k digest. Since I'm sure that a lot of people have already commented, I'm just going to say "I'm glad I cleaned out my mailbox recently." ---------------------- re: fkspoilr Right now I'm still reeling over the revelation that the FK producers have/had HARD COPY PRINTOUTS of the fkspoilr posts! (Dawn frantically tries to figure out what she's posted there. It's the list where she doesn't check her spelling and sometimes posts at 4am -- not a good time for coherent thought.) Sure I knew they read it, but I figured the sheer volume would hide my posts. I didn't think they made hard copies! Oh well. They've probably been put through a shredder or into a recycling bin by now (fingers crossed). ----------------------- re: fkfic-l fiction I'm just waiting for an explosion. No spoilers, but we're all aware that this is (almost certainly) the last couple eps of fk. Are we going to have another deluge of "Forever Not" fiction? I would't mind. There were some great stories posted. Yes. Vice Versa is great. But... It ended a bit abrubtly. How bout we deluge Dianne with requests for a part 3? ----------------------- re: fkfic-l and fkwar6/7 Oh Beloved Listowners?!?!?, This poor, unemployed person wishes to know if there is another war being planned? :) I'm a student just waiting for the fall school term to start up, and I must confess to not searching hard for a job. I'm broke, but... I haven't been unemployed since I was 16. It's interesting to wake up in the morning and not have anywhere to go. I'd hate for it to continue for long but I'm sort-of enjoying it right now. So I've got of free time! Lots and lots! I'm even thinking about joining a faction in the next war. I think the Die-Hards have enough members to survive and thrive even if I leave. But I can't figure out what affiliation to join. Any suggestions? Anyone want to try and recruit me? At least I won't be overhauling my software for nothing! ***And the title of Dianne's piece of fiction is "Vice Versa II: Horrible Mutant Daughter of Vice Versa". NO FICTION BY LACROIX actually appears in this story; it's only referred to. I'm sorry if anyone got the impression that it was contained in there. My fault. Christina vqrw76a@p....... Although I consider myself a Cousin, I have openly admitted that I do have knightly leanings, therefor, I must defend everyone's favorite Brick (sorry, my Cousinly tendencies are popping out...) NC> What, exactly, is wrong with his hair? While I will admit it is a bit too shaggy for my taste (face it, it kinda reminds me of the Mike Rivers character he played on Airwolf), I must say that I don't mind it. Nick has been through alot of difficulty this year. He's been shot in the head, possessed, and lost his partner, Captain, & Immortal Beloved. I don't think he's worried about the style or length of his hair. You have to agree that it's a heck of alot better than the extensions in the flashbacks. For Reality's Sake: GER & co. were after all working under budget & a very limited shooting schedule (I think someone said it was about 5-6 days to shoot an ep compared to 8-9 days at the beginning of the season) which would amount to working under a heavy amount of stress. Give em' a break! Ger's hair at Shrew was just as shaggy and I don't know if it was his choice to keep it that way or if he has been too busy not to get a trim...From what he said, he hasn't slowed down since the show ended. But that's just my opinion, I could be wrong... Bouncin' Cousin Becky w/Knightly Leanings Shrewthering Survivor suffering from Gerthering envy (Not going to Cali kinda makes me all misty-eyed ) ...
