Subject: Admin: War: Rule change
From now on, the wartime crossover rule will be the same as for the regular
rules. Crossovers are allowed for other television shows _only._ This will
be simpler, I think, and less of a hindrance to creativity. Please just
remember, that the focus needs to remain on FK and the war.
Note: Don't put the xover: topic in wartime headers. That would send it to
nowar readers. Just continue with war: as the header.
