It's interesting but I found it to be sort of out of sequence. Wouldn't
it have make more sense for a story like this, for Tracy, to have occurred
much earlier in the season? She's got to have been around dead bodies for a
while by the time this story comes around. It seems to me that this would
have been more appropriate in the first third of the stories.
When there's a black out for a commercial break, when things start up
again, half the acts start out with Natalie and Tracy in the morgue. It's
nice to see the Tracy/Natalie relationship be given some time and
development. Maybe they could have become real friends if there had been a
fourth season.

Actually, it's kinda cute and funny. :-) The oxygen is actually for
the 'seasoned veterans' and visitors who come to the morgue and see a bit
more than they want to.
