Indeed! It's so characteristic of Vachon; that's why the Vaqs use it
as their catchphrase.
This episode probably goes farther than any other to show that Vachon
isn't irresponsible or lazy; he follows through with his commitment
to the tribe. It's only obligations that he didn't choose for himself
that he grouses about.
This ep is very strange in many ways, and some of the situations it
presents conflict with canon as presented in other eps, but for the
Vaqs, it's a delicious ep nonetheless!
