1) Nick Knight, the original Stop-Stick. You'd think after a while he'd
get tired of being hit by cars...

2) "I wonder why Myra's got it on tape" (with reference to Laura's trial
and the description of what she did to her husband). Guess that is one
way to make sure that Schanke remembers birthdays,
anniversary....assorted other "special moments"....make him frightened
to miss them.

3) Nightcrawler is on the air. I always liked this narrative device in
the show. It provided such a direct way for frame the dilemma that was
bedeviling Nick. And its presence add to the complexity of Nick's
relationship to LaCroix. If Nick truly hated the elder vampire...he
wouldn't ride around all night with his car's radio tuned to CERK.

4) Natalie Lambert's Bed And Breakfast and All Night Plumbing Emporium.
The most frightening thing is that - judging by how she was picking at
that hairband - she was going to clean it and wear it...rather than
heave it into the trashcan.

5) "Myra in Hipwaders". The writers did have fun with Schanke and his
wife didn't they.

6) I assume Ger was really playing the piano in the scene? I remember
that he plays piano...or is my memory incorrect?

    Yes, he's an accomplished musician.
He wrote someof the music in "Baby, Baby".
He plays a selection or two on the Mollin ablums.

Possible spoiler.

What I don't understand is why Nick is not either
arrested or canned for letting Laura get away with
what she does. I think he could be held criminally
liable for some of the action, or at lest sued by the
victim's family for gross negligence.

Of course, he gets away with a lot just by batting
his baby blues at you. Or, maybe he just vamps
the captain.
