Yup. Geraint is a figure in an old Welsh romance
(which, sadly, I haven't actually read). and Davies,
in case anyone's interested, is the "son of" form of
David, who is the patron saint of Wales. so maybe not
quite as common as John Smith, but still...

Subject: Season 3 DVD--No news and a potential suggestion for KtK and Sony

Hi Everyone,

After seeing the email asking if/when there would
be an announcement concerning Season 3 on DVD, I
emailed tvshowsondvd.com and asked about it.
According to them, they hadn't heard anything.

Here's a suggestion I thought of last night.
Maybe we could hit Sony with it.....

Recently, the folks doing Edgemont released their
show on DVD. However, they knew they wouldn't
profit if it went to the stores. So what they
did was advertise that they were only making a
limited run (300 copies or so) and having people
preorder the sets.

I don't know how well/poorly FK Season 2 has been
doing on the DVD market. I did see Season 1 came
down from $70+ to $40 US. Given how Sony might
feel, this might be an option (if they charge a
fair price for it).

What do the folks at Kickstart the Knight think?
