I was watching a segment of the news on NBC this evening about a
famine in Niger Africa, and the reporter was from ITN news in the UK.
 I thought I misheard the anchor when she said his name, so I sat
through the whole sad segment and at the end the reporter came on
with his name at the bottom of the screen --- Geraint Vincent.

Kewl.  I have never seen or heard the name other than Ger.

Its a pretty common name in the UK.  There are several
Geraint Davies, including a software developer and a
politician that pop up if you Google it.

Great News!!!

As we all know before Forever Knight, Catherine Disher played the
role of Mana on the TV show... War of the Worlds.

Well it's just been announced, that War of the Worlds, season 1,
will be out November 1, 2005.

That's one of those  times  where  they're    inconsistent.  Sometimes they
need to open the sky light  to go in.  Other times like Vachon getting
Tracy's car (don't ask me which episode because  I don't remember which it
was, he just does it.

If  I remember correctly in Dracula they say  that  a vampire   can  go
through a crack if necessary.

Then there's the time LaCroix just went through the railing in Nick's loft
without breaking it.

As for whether they can read each other's minds,    it reminds me of old
situation comedy where the two roommates thought they had esp since always
knew what the other was thinking but found out that they didn't  have esp,
they just knew each other so well that they   could anticipate what the
other one was going  to say before he said it. .  Maybe that's the case with
LaCroix and Nick.

Still at one point LaCroix tells Nick that his mind is  the most attuned to
his own.  He also tells him  some other place  that he never taught him  the
lesson which would enable to hid his thoughts from him.  Those  two
comments would suggest that they can.

  Do you suppose  LaCroix   also had himself and     Nick in mind when he
made the statement to Natalie about  exact opposites fusing together like
two sides of  the same  coin?

As for Janette escaping it didn't bother me that  she  could get out without
being seen.  But it did strike me that is was   a  really good thing there
weren't any cameras around  while she was talking to Nick..

Speaking of things like that  I always wondered how Nick managed to  explain
  the broken handcuffs he left behind in the van

That's definitely a step towards seeing Cath's eps, but Cath's character Mana
was a 2nd season only character, so she won't be in this release, only if they
then also release season 2.
