    I know people who salt fruits, especially those of the melon family, but
I've never liked that.  The natural sweetness of the fruit is much better on
its own.  I'd be one of the strange people who refused the bottle of
fish-gut sauce when it came around ^_^ .  Guess I wouldn't make too good a
vampire, then, any more than I would an Ancient Roman. . .
    Do vampires think blood tastes salty?  They can smell fruit or flowers
on people, so maybe the blood tastes like the person smells. . . or maybe it
tastes like salted fruits and flowers :-P . . .  Nope, definitely shouldn't
be a vampire. . .
