Just for those interested, especially those who've been to NY to see the
show:

King Lear has been nominated for a Tony Award as best Revival of a play.
And Christopher Plummer has received a nomination as best actor as well.
Interestingly, he is up against Frank Langella, who once played Dracula
- :-)

Alas - no nomination for a certain blond supporting actor. *sigh*

I just checked the site, and it's listed for $6.20.

I don't have my copies handy, but I think the "store price" is $4.50, plus I
bet the site includes postage and handling (it literally is a "Mom & Pop"
publisher ... they work several jobs to keep the company going)

Thanks everyone for answering the comic book questions. I'm rehearsing a
play, doing a paying acting gig at a local teaching hospital (you might say I'm
playing "patient"), plus working (as usual) at my day job this week... ARGH!!!!
But it keeps this lil' Ratsie sort h'out o' trubble, eh?

I haven't heard any feedback yet, but the publisher e-mailed me the comic
book may be reviewed by some major comic book type publications.

I ordered it yesterday through my local comic book
store. They said it would depend on whether their
distributor/warehouse had it. If they can't get it for

me, I'd like to order it through Libs local store, and
maybe wait for Libs to be able to sign it. Does
anybody
still have the email with the contact info for that
store?

Subject: FK Fan Art

I came across a link to the Fan Art of Warren Oddson in
an email from another fandom. At his site I found two
excellent pieces of FK fan art. Both are Nick
centric.
One had Nick "normal" and vamped out, the other has
Nick surrounded by images of those in his life.

I appologize if this is old news, but I don't remember
hearing about it in this fandom before.

Nathalie Smith won several items in the KtK auction that just ended, but the
email she provided us bounces.

Would she please contact sfield8067@aol.com directly so we can arrange for
payment and shipping?

Thanks,

He hasn't given it to me. I do have a very few extra copies, but don't know how
many yet as I haven't set the actors their copies. This week isn't a good week
for me to count comics ARGH!

My store is not on-line, it'd have to be ordered by phone. If I get there this
week, I'll grab one of his business cards and will have the info at hand. If
anyone wants to look up his number, it is "Collector's Edition" in North Little
Rock, Arkansas. The owner is Michael. He has another store so may not always be
in the NLR location.
