and if so, what's the room name and time.

Deep peace,

Hi Amanda...

For a few years...maybe three or four we had a scheduled chat on AOL...It was
11:00 EST on Mondays. They were fun and sometimes really envigorating<G>. I
think it might be fun to resuscitate it via a private AOL chat room. Anyone up
for it? Days, Times....Suggestions? No point in doing it unless there isn't a
good number of people involved though.

That was a great episode but I loved it when he picked up the cross and he was
going to stake Cole. That's cool.

What to my amusement should occur but that his character was
introduced as "Mr. Raven" to someone. I'm still trying to figure out
if it was an homage to FK or to Birds of Prey (the young actress
playing opposite him was the Black Canary's daughter on WB's Birds of
Prey).

Thought it was funny either way.

Also, having seen this recent role, I would have to admit that Mr.
Davies is certainly capable of selling himself as Nicholas if they
ever did a FK telemovie in the future. If you watched the telemovie
right after watching season 1 episodes of FK, it might look a little
odd, but no worse than watching 1st season episodes of the X-Files
nowadays.

I'd be for it!!! My problem is that on top of a day job, I act. So I normally
have rehearsals and performances in the evenings. That means I can't promise
to make chats - but if I'm home when it is scheduled, I'd love to join!

Just let me know.

I like that episode a lot. Ger's got several good
moments, and that beginning, with Nestov in the dress
is just hilarious.

I like it when Cole asks Zin "why Earth, why here?"
and Zin says "It's all the money I saved using 1800
collect. You have no idea how convenient it really
is."

When Zin is in the church, and Lontoria points the
rifle at him and tells him to get away from Cole, I
always expect to see fangs and hear him growling LOL.
And then he's just gone like Nick is all the time,
really fast.

And when he first talks to Lontoria and Jamie's mom in
the highrise scene, he sounds like he's been hanging
around LC too long hehe. It was something along the
lines of 'you're hear because of me, you're in my
debt...', I forgot the exact lines. But it's just so
LC. Maybe Zin's taking lessons from him LOL.

I think that episode was one of the best yet. And yes it sounds like he's been
with LaCroix alot. I loved it with him in a church and the cross from the other
side. Stay safe.

I was at work today working on my story that I had shelved for a bit.
I actually have made some good progress, so hopefully I will be able
to post in early next week.
Anyhoo, these are just some minor things, but if you're gonna do it,
may as well do it right....
First...
If you were driving to downtown TO from Lester B Pearson (sp? - will
check that later) airport. Would you at any time be on the Gardinier
Expressway? (I've only driven in from the US via the QEW) If not,
what major highway would you use?
Second....
What is a major hospital in downtown TO? Right now I just have it
as a generic University Hospital.
Thanks! I am trying to get through a difficult (emotional) section
of the story. Hope I can get through quickly. :)

I don't do AOL chat but I'm quite fond of my IRC. VERY late at night (like
after 3 am Eastern) I'm generally on line in EFNet under the nick LapLor.
Several nights I'm on earlier, but that's on a pretty complex rotating 8
week schedule. EFNet allows the creation of a 'room' anytime.

Wyn, I think we even used to chat from time to time....

Our main house is in the Raleigh Durham area and we were fine. Lost
power for about an hour, but no trees came down. Of big concern is our
beach house located on Bogue Sound near Emerald Isle (that's about 15
miles or so from Atlantic Beach for those who watched the Weather Channel reports.) We've heard the ocean front houses are mostly ok, but there was
sound side flooding which would affect us. The house is insured, but we
can't get insurance on anything over water such as the docks and boat lift,
or not attached to the house like the fence, pool, and garage. We're heading
out in about an hour to check out the damage. I don't have much hope for many
of the shingles on the house, but hopefully the pool is just full of salt water
and no real damage. Still it's one of those things you accept living at the coast. You just have to board up, tie up, and hope for the best. Mother Nature will always have her way.

I'm in the Baltimore/Washington metro area. I'm one of the lucky
ones who didn't lose electricity although there were quite a few
power hits where it dropped momentarily and my UPS started beeping.
Fortunately each time, it came back immediately. I think there's
hundreds of thousands without power in the area still. There's
also some areas that had to be evacuated due to potential flooding
and/or ARE flooded. Right now the TV has been showing, from a 'copter
a parking lot in Baltimore with just the tops of cars sticking out
of the water. (I think that's near the harbor/Cheasapeake bay.)

We're being asked to stay home because a lot of roads have trees
down, wires down, or traffic signals out and it will take a few
hours to get all that cleared up. I think there have been several
traffic accidents already because of the conditions.

Most schools and the fed governement offices are closed today.
My employer is closed today too. I don't know about local
businesses. My guess is that some would be open and others closed
depending upon whether or not they have power and their employees
can get there.

I'm ok and my apartment seems fine. I'm gathering my courage to
go outside and see if my car survived...

Yes, I was not really sure what to ask either, so I just asked:
"Nick had many loves over 800 yrs, but who do you think he was really in
love with - Janette or Natalie?" Kind of simple, I know...I also threw in a
question about a return movie for the heck of it. I'm going to try and think
of something more thought-provoking later.

What about you guys? What questions are you asking Geraint/Parriot?

In the 3rd to last episode, there is a scene, in the basement of the
hospital, just the right camera angle, that Ger has a very sinister look, very
LC, and I am convinced, if they did FK again, that he could just as easily slip into the role of LC if he were deemed too old to play Nick.
