Hm....I liked the painting Nick did in FtB. It
inspired my first fic.

I like one of the Raven signs but can't recall which
one. Whichever season had the sillohuette(sp?) of the
raven in it.

As for other things....hm....do Sydney and the Caddy
count? I like the '62 better than the movie's '59, as
I mentioned before and actually even kinda like the
color.

I find Nick's apartment very exasperating in that we never really get a
very good look at it. or you get to got up in the action to look around.

However I too have noticed the painting above his refrigerator and find it
very reminiscent of the Scream (1893 ) by Edvard Munch. Norwegian painter
and printmaker. According to what I read when I checked him out on the
Internet "several sketches and preparatory studies for this painting
survive." Is it safe to assume Nick might own one of them?

Subject: Site Update

Hi there,

Suffering withdrawals from no televised Forever Knight on Scifi? Feeling the
doldrums descending upon you? Feeling angsy like Nick? Well…here’s one possible
thing you could do. You could visit my new and <hopefully> improved site where
I’ve added two more quizzes: Nick Knight and Natalie Lambert. Yes? No?
Maybe????? <hopeful smile>

Since I figured, like me, most of you have seen these episodes twenty times
each, I’ve again attempted to make these quizzes challenging. In addition, I’ve
added a graphics section with feeble attempts at wallpaper and collage design.
Please go easy on me as I’m just now learning the wonders of Paint Shop Pro,
spending many hours on this great, but at times, frustrating tool. I continue to
learn as I go, so the graphics will improve over time. At least, I hope.

Special thanks to Phylis and Megan for beta reading the quizzes, Valerie for
helping with Paint Shop and of course Kristin for allowing me to use her
KnightVision images. <Waves to all you ladies!>

As always, any feedback and comments are a delight to receive.

Patty

It's actually "The Yawning Apprentice" by Mihály Munkácsy
(1844-1900), a Hungarian painter. No screaming, although it does look like
that from a distance. I'd be curious to know if the set decorator planned
for it to be read as a scream.

Okay.. I definitely don't like the painting. I think I felt that way the
last time I took my car to the mechanic!
the loft- I love that intricately carved wood fireplace mantle.
the Raven- the chain dividers, Love the sound they make!
the precinct- okay reaching here, the photo of LaCroix in Nick's desk! =20

Hey, Why not? Lacroix had a portrait drawn by Hitler!

I was at the local video rental place yesterday
browsing the tapes for sale rack, and came accross a
movie whose title I can't remember, but the plot was
about the main character ending up in a place where
people worship rats. I think Screed would think he was
in heaven, but they might turn on him when they saw
him eat one LOL.

Anyone know what movie I'm talking about?

got a copy from Jean, for a similiarly good deal.

*doesn't admit to anything* Should we *really* be admitting to buying them
from her? I mean, we certainly don't want to get her in any more trouble. i
don't know, but i thought i might bring this up before any more hands go up.

*hasn't a clue, shrugs*

Thanks, but the research credit goes to another list member! (I don't have
her original post anymore, so I can't give her proper acknowledgement!)

I also recieved my copy from Jean when it was originally offered. I think it
was about $8.00. You mean someone offered to sell it for 350? wow. It's
really quite good.
