Phylis asked:
<snip>In order to fix a part of my story, I need to find out how much
does Nat know about Dr Yurgen being a vampire and what she was using
for her "serum". Did she know? Did Nick tell her? <snip>
First off, it's 'Dr. Jurgen.' It's spelled that way on the plaque
outside her office, Suite 1 at 'The Spa Experience.' I've never seen a
script, so I don't know if The Baroness's first name is 'Sofia' or
'Sophia.' The 'First Unoffical FK Website' uses 'Sophia.'
The action of this episode regarding what Natalie knows as I remember
it:
Natalie does suspect something supernatural is going on with the women
early on, asking if vampires could be involved, while Nick scoffs.
Toward the end of the episode, Natalie jumps in a closet in Dr.
Jurgen's office, leaving the door cracked. There are establishing
shots that Natalie is spying as The Baroness returns with Agnes for
another treatment. The Baroness draws blood from her arm into a
hypodermic during this scene. The on screen action suggest that Dr.
Jurgen is hiding her actions from Agnes's view, but we aren't given
info on whether Natalie could see everything, or if her view was
blocked as well.
Next, the Baroness senses Nick's arrival, and drags Agnes off to the
pool with the filled hypodermic for the climax. (Vampire senses kill
me in this instance. Dr. Jurgen can tell Nick is in the building, but
she apparently doesn't notice the heartbeat of mortal Nat spying just
a few feet away.) Natalie is not present when Nick announces that the
Baroness is injecting the women with vampire blood. Only Agnes
witnesses that tidbit, and she's a bit slow to react. Natalie runs
into the pool area after this point. Doctor Jurgen never vamps out,
but she grabs Natalie using a whoosh! of super vampire speed and holds
the hypodermic to her throat. Nick does a vampire whoosh! and grabs
the hypodermic away from the Baroness, then crushes it. Agnes, perhaps
in another burst of rage/side effect of the withdrawal, moves to clonk
Nick on the skull. Schanke arrives and shoots Agnes dead. Agnes
immediately reverts to her true age, and Dr. Jurgen expresses remorse
for what she's done. The next we see is Schanke at the 27th precinct,
telling the Captain, Guard Guy, and some others that he can't remember
how Agnes was shot. There's a shift to Nick and Natalie, thick as
thieves, discussing how Nick put the whammy on Schank. No mention is
made of what happened next with the Baroness, but I assume the reason
Nick cleans Schanke's memory is to cover up her involvement. Nick and
Natalie are too cozily conspiratorial at the end for me to believe
that Natalie didn't know the whammy was because a vampire was
involved, either from Nick's off-screen explanation or her own
deduction, and she had evidence to suspect Dr. Jurgen was a vampire
based on the aging, super speed demonstration, and if she saw the
Baroness draw the blood from her arm.
That's how I see it!

As i recall natalie watched while Dr Yurgen took some of her own blood
and injected into the girl (I forget which one of the three).

Subject: FK Alumni; Can Anyone Help Me With Dracula: The Series?
Morning all, and sorry if you get this more than once.....
Yeah, I know I hardly ever post to the main list anymore <g>, my job is kind
of a 24/7 thing, honestly. Anyone want it (my job)??? LOLOLOL!! (Doubt it,
I am the Director of a Psych Hospital, and so far I have not been able to
GIVE it away--I do love it, just a little, well, crazy [no pun intended] at
times.........)
I moved **again,** recently. I have discovered my set of Dracula: The Series
<<waves at a friend!!>> went missing in the move. I imagine it is buried in
storage somewhere, but I have been searching and searching to no avail. I
just love those 21 half hour episodes........
Anyone got it who is willing to do it for shipping and tape replacement?
That much I can sure do, and right away <g>. I would prefer SP (2 hour)
copies and am willing to pay for the extra TAPES (yes, I know, no profit
allowed <g>) to get it that way.
Because of my schedule and so MANY things being in storage, I just cannot dub
anymore, I am so sorry. I don't even have my whole system set up anymore;
just the bare bones so I can watch cable, DVD's/VCD's, tapes, etc.
Thanks for any answer, and please let me know off list.

A Great Day to all and Forever Yours,
Billie-Lee (who is sorry to be so incommunicado, just one of those things <
sigh>)
