Subject: Request for posts?

I was (still am) having a problem with hotmail and getting messages from the
list. I was able to post although. I am wondering, does anyone have the digests
from the past couple of days(like from this weekend forward)? I would greatly
appreciate it if you could send them to me offlist. I just created this new
account at yahoo (at the suggestion of Don). I hated missing the past few days.
I would be so thankful if you do! Thanks again. -Amanda

Hi-
Hopefully this goes through, I've been having
problems. Does anyone have a website for the main
Children's Hospital Foundation in Washington? All I
can find is ones in Cleveland and LA and such, but not
the main one.
Thanks!

This has always interested me. I sorta thought that
after the "battle" she and Nick had come to a certain
point and was upset that he didn't care enough to
spend the day. Not that it would have meant anything
sexually, but that he would have cared even as a
friend to stay with her to make sure she was ok after
a traumatic experience. And the fact that he left her
alone, put a doubt in her mind as to how he really
felt.
(Sorry if this doesn't flow nicely, but I am doing
this at work and keep getting interrupted)

I had thought the list was awfully quiet the last few
days, then I posted the thing about George Carlin, and
didn't see it drop in my inbox. I got suspicious and
checked my settings on FORKNI-L, and lo and
behold, I had been set 'nomail'. I didn't set it that
way myself, so I don't know how it happened. If
anybody still has the digests since about Monday,
could you please send them my way?

Thanks in advance,

Mel may be fixing it, but I checked. The domain name was not renewed on October
8th like it was supposed to be. The name has been taken off the Domain Name
Servers. (Those are the servers that keep ip addresses and domain names
straight.) If she renews it, it will take a few days before the name spreads
around the world again. I did some searching and it is hosted through
skyport.net in Florida.

Someone might contact Mel and see how she is doing. She may not be able to keep
the site anymore. In any even I have most, if not all of it backed up. (The
last time I backed it up was December 2001. I don't think anything has been
added since then.)
