Subject: Question about 'I will repay'
I had a question about Natalie's brother Richard and his
family. Had they been living in Toronto at the time that
the events happened? Or did Richard come from another
city to Toronto because of the job?
I'd appreciate your help
Sunny

So far as I know, he lived in Toronto
with his family.

While reading a children's book on Roman life, it
mentioned that, in a Roman site near London, someone
unearthed a pair of black... leather... underpants.
I'll just leave y'all with that thought.

Gee, my only thought is that those underpants must have
been awfully hot and uncomfortable in the Roman summer.
Really! Don't you believe me? <g>
There's the UF Chat tonight---perhaps we'll come up with
other thoughts on this interesting archaeological find.

But this wasn't Rome, this was Londinium (sp?). Cooler
martime climate, don't you know.

Oh! (Emily Littella voice) That's different! Never mind.
I can imagine a Roman would want a warm tushie given
that climate. (Plus, of course, you stick to your horse
a lot better with leather pants---speaking from
experience, in that I used to have full-seat leather
breeches.)

Hi Y'all!
I forgot one celebrity birthday that I intended to mention. Today is
also the birthday of an actor named Garett Maggart. For those of you not
familiar with him, he played "Blair Sandburg" on The Sentinel with
Richard Burgi. He's quite a hunk. You Vachon fans would love his
hairstyle from that show <G>. There I managed to keep this somewhat on
topic, I hope.
Happy Birthday again to Mom-ra!
BTW, are y'all enjoying the birthday announcements? Is there anything
you could suggest to make them better?
