'Homemade Worcestershire Sauce' ? This is a baffling description.
Do they mean it's authentic --as in the bottled sauce which is
made in its hometown of Worcester? Btw, in addition to molasses
and anchovies etc., it contains garlic, so a close guess.

In the second episode of _Tracker_, just after we see GWD speaking on
a communicator,we see a bit of footage from the video camera attached
to an automatic teller which shows a woman using the automatic teller
screen as a mirror while she applies lipstick and fusses with her
hair. To me, it looked
like Catherine Disher, but then I'm notoriously bad at identifying people.
Was it? The part was not credited,(again, as far as I could tell).

I was wondering the same. Of course, when I hear Worcestershire Sauce, I
think, Shepherds Pie (which my mum makes) and in this particular context --
vampire related meals -- Shepherds Pie takes on a whole new meaning! <g>

Don't forget some of the Christian traditions which exchange gifts for
twelfth-night/St. Basil's Day (Jan. 6 or its Eastern Orthodox equivalent
date) instead.

Were there "toy" dolls during that period? What would have been their
composition?

Yes, there were. I've seen dolls made of clay or wood with articulated arms and
legs (they were hinged).
