Subject: Tape cover?

Hey-
I want to give my friend a copy of my Dark Knight tape as part of her
Christmas gift.  I am looking of a nice way to put it together  - ie in a
nice case.  My dilemmma: does anyone know of a program or something where I
can make cover art, like something to put in a clear plastic case, so it
looks really nice, instead of giving her a regular  tape case.
Any help is appreciated.  It would probably be better to reply offlist.
