As a vampire he's 469. Add in mortal years and I'd guess-ti-mate him as
being 491 or 492

Subject: Is this legit?

Upon coming home from my trip, one of the first things I did was to check
the various fanfic sites I like to surf.
One of the stories recently submitted was one that I remembered and really
liked---so I checked my files for the title to my surprise didn't find it
already on my hard drive.

Now, it could be that I messed up when I originally saw this fic and tried
to save it from elsewhere.
Or, it could be someone's plagiarized work.
If its legit, I want to make sure I save it this time; if not, I want to
report it to the archive master asap, so could anyone who remembers a story
where LC meets Nick as a child and discovers that Nick's mortal father is
molesting him, please check this site and let me know one way or the other?
This is really bothering me!

Note: I've been having trouble getting things to download from there...
don't know whether its me or them. You may have to click on things more
than once.

Whoops! I'm more tired than I thought.
The title is Golden Boy by Cousin D.

Is this the ep that he had his head, etc. shaved for? Is anyone willing to
tape for this poor unfortunate Yank, who even with a satellite dish can't
get CBC? :-(

Hi

I couldn't resist sending this to the list. I was lucky enough (ha) to get
selected by the IRS for an " E" file audit. (I do electronic filing as part
of my CPA practice).

So she comes in and we go through things etc. On my desk is a bunch of
pictures with me and GWD, Nigel, John and I have an FK screen saver on the PC.

She looks and says: Wow, is that Nick Knight. I love Forever Knight. We then
forget about the audit and spent the next 15 minutes discussing FK. Needless
to say things went ok

It would seem reasonable that Nick's body temp would be the same as the
ambient temp.i.e..room temp

Are you kidding? Everyone but me has been busy talking about or watching
'Survivor'. And they don't let me make movies. Besides, FK would be the
only ones I would make.

Well, you know you've been well, if not watching FK, then *something* when...

You see the advertisement for the next Lexx episode and see NB's character
kissing a female character, and as they pull back, her eyes remained closed,
and you think "She going into meltdown!!!!" Then you think, "Oh, to be
her..."

Ok, so maybe it's YKYB an addict too long, but be honest, how many, if they
saw that scene, wouldn't have thought the same thing: "oh, to be her!"???
(Come on, Kyer [welcome back!] be HONEST!! <eg>)

Now, I haven't seen any Lexx eps yet (so please, easy on the spoilers), since
I'm here in NY with my parents, who DON'T have Scifi :-p, and have to wait
till I return to Chicago and my VCR (assuming there weren't any blackouts that
wiped out my programming!!)

cheers!

You know you've been watching too much FK when, in the course of packing and
sorting out which of your parents books you want to keep, you come across a
coffee-table book with lavish, color illustrations on Pompeii and
Herculaneum. My first thought was, hey, I wonder if I can find anything in
here that might be a model for Seline's place. :)

Tes, I'm keeping the book. I have happy memories of it when I was a kid. My
father, who was in Italy as an American Navy officer in World War II, used
to tell me about his visit to Pompeii. There were no tourists, of course.
When he and some of his friends went to Pompeii there was no one else there
except the caretaker and a barber who was giving him a shave. After the
ship's doctor, whose parents came from Naples, assured the man in Italian
that they hadn't come to loot, they got a private tour.

H'mm ... just had a vision of LC for some reason visiting Pompeii during the
time and having to hypnotize the caretaker because of course it would be
night and closed to the public .... :)

You know you've been watching too much FK when, you see a stuffed cow and
think that it would be a good gag gift for Nick.
