Argh!
I'm trying to filk Joan Osborne's: What If God Was One Of Us
Problem?
I've got only questionable lyrics/a midi/ and memory to go by.
If you're familiar with the song, please let me know how the last two
paragraphs fit in, as the website said they were part of the chorus.
(I hate it when they mutilate the chorus instead of putting it where
and how it belongs.

to messages first and *then* the original post comes through some minutes if
not nearly an hour later? Is it my crummy mail server, or is the world in

entering the terrific raffle) I decided to take things one step further and

The time is drawing near for everyone to come together online as a united
force and show our loyalty and devotion for our favorite program "Forever
Knight".
As we count down to that very special time, lets all keep in mind that we
have the power to bring it back to the Sci-fi schedule!!
Many other fandoms have done this and have had thier shows returned... we can
do the same!! wouldn't it be fantastic to have it back? to have Marathons

Possiblity:
List messages don't all drop absolutely simultaneous in our Inboxes, and
they don't always take *exactly* the same route through the Internet to
get to us. If someone is sitting at her computer when her copy of the
original message drops and she replies immediately, her answer may, due
to the vagaries of e-mail routing, make it to your inbox before the
original does.
Also, if I poke around in the headers of messages, I find (I don't know
if this is a Netscape quirk or a fundamental principle of e-mail) some
peculiar inconsistencies in my browser's choice of the "date" to use
when ordering the message. Sometimes it's the date it was sent by the
writer to the list, sometimes it's the date it arrived in my in-box on
Erols' server, and sometimes it matches neither.

I freaked when I saw the billboard in town a few weeks ago. I commented to
my long-suffering husband that the FK fans should get royalties... we've

Subject: authors on the ballot
I just wanted to say how much I'm enjoying reading all the stories on the
ballot for the Awards. I haven't been reading much fanfic the last six
months or so, and so I simply waited for the final ballot to come out and
started reading frantically. (I know how you feel, Kyer!) I usually am
very diligent about writing authors feedback on their stories, as I believe
this is really important, but RL right now doesn't allow me to do so, so
instead, I'm sending one big feedback to all the authors on the ballot.
I'm really enjoying these stories!! The creative plots adn great
writing... well, it sure makes me miss fanfic and maybe I'll take time more
often for it in the future. But for now, I knew I'd get a list of (at
least what others thought were) the best stories available. AFterwards,
I'm going to hit the list of all teh nominated stories, as this would be a
great list to go by also. If I'm lucky, I'll write the authors personally
to tell them what I liked about their stories, but for now, all I can tell
is that I did like them!!! Great job, all of you!

features a post-Black Buddha Schanke and family, but not to FKFic-L, since
it's part of the series and I want the first two stories done so I can post
it in order. I can also provide private copies if anyone want one. It is a
crossover with the Highlander universe, if that concerns anyone.

BLUSH ;-) Thanks for the plug Siri. I'd also like to mention
that I'm in the middle of a site update that has roughly
a week to go until I'm finished. A sample of new offerings
will be 10 new pictures courtesy of RavenKat for the forever
knight filming sites maps and scanned color slides and B&W photos
from my season 3 FK press kit. I'll try to add something
new to every page. Hopefully you'll see an official announcement
