Although it is far from complete, I have now got at least some pages

Subject: WAR: War 15 website - the page headers
Once upon a time, back in the days when many fans had their own websites, it
was quite the thing for fans to use the FK font. Today, this is mostly done
only by people who are making graphics; but it used to be common also for
titles on web pages. Hearkening back to days of yore (which seems
appropriate in the circumstances), I've done that on the war site.
In other words, the main titles of most of the pages in the War 15 website
have been designed in a retro '90s fashion; and, to see them in their true
fannish form, you will need to have the FK font, "immajer-FK", installed on
your computer.
If you don't have it already, it's easy to do. There's a link in the
sidebar on every page of the war site; or, if you prefer, you can just go
straight to the source:

How to install:
Once you have downloaded the appropriate zip file (Windows or Mac), extract
the true type font and put it in the Fonts folder of your computer. On
Windows, this is found by clicking "My Computer", then "Local Disk", then
"WINDOWS". "Fonts" should be a folder inside WINDOWS. Just add
"immajer-FK" to the fonts that are already there.
(I don't have a Mac, sorry. The method should be something comparable,
though.)

I can't play, but you have permission to use me if you like.
My family is mourning the devastating loss of my sister's beloved Westie,
Gus, who was attacked by coyotes (!!!!!!) in their Chapel Hill NC backyard
last week. He had the best care possible, but they had to let him go on
Sunday. After 11 years, he was deep in our hearts, the best companion and
dearest little buddy.
We had a beautiful Christmas, and Cyndy's last picture of Gus shows him
with his head resting on the ankle of my nephew's wife, who is expecting in
March. We had already started calling him "Uncle Gus"....
BTW Do you by any chance know Carrie Brennan's contact info? The email I
had for her is no longer valid.
