I just wanted to say it was a pleasure to see Ger perform with others from
The Stratford Theatre Festival at Severence Hall in Cleveland yesterday.
What an enjoyable experience.

And yeah, age it taking its toll but our vampire still looks awesome.

I am posting this without the WAR: label since it may be of interest to
those who have, up till now, decided not to play.

Dona Angel has suggested that we include in our War 15 activities a tribute
to the late Greg Kramer, who so ably played Screed in all-too-few episodes
of Forever Knight. The idea has been passed by McLisa, who agrees that this
is appropriate. (She thinks it a great idea, in fact.)

Assuming that other people also would appreciate having such a tribute, the
question becomes when we should hold it: at the beginning, middle, or end
of the war?

Should we have it at the end, rolling it in with the twenty-year anniversary
celebrations? Or would that be inappropriate? The two types of group
activity do, after all, have little to do with one another--one sad, the
other glad, so to speak. Also, people might want to come just for one or
the other.

Should we have it at the start? In that case, people could (if they wanted)
come just for the tribute and then "go home". Only afterwards would the
shenanigans of war begin.

Or should we have it in the middle? We generally do, after all, have
something midway through to punctuate a war. On the other hand, that would
mean that we'd be mid-war; and there may be those who do not want to come
for war.
