An interesting icon for the "Deniers" would be one of Schanke, in
profile, facing left, back-to-back with the Black Buddha. Below them, if
there is room, a similar motif of the exploding plane, with the Titanic.

"Deniers" icon - Alternately, it could be just a silhouette of Schanke
watching a plane take off. Covers the "he accidentally missed the plane"
ideas, the "he purposely stayed behind" ideas (both "he faked his death"
and "he went deep undercover") and any alternate season 3 stories where
they ignore the plane crash altogether.

As far as i am concerned, it ws the loss of Schanke that made me dislike
Tracy. I resented the change. I also wouldn't have minded it if they
had just added her as a new character with a different partner.

So, I just watched "The Human Factor" again in my whole series re-watch. I
maybe understand why some people think Janette was allowed to die but I
don't see it. Assuming every scene was in correct chronological order, it
seems obvious to me that Janette *is* a vampire again. But let's say, for a
moment, that the Nevermores are right. Two questions:
1. Which vampire killed the two bad guys at the end?
2. How did Janette's portrait wind up at Nick's loft? Who is the "she"
Nick refers to as leaving the portrait?

Hi All,

I also liked Tracy very much but she was coined as 'the other blond'
[referring to Nick.

I was the third person to join the Tracy Vetter Fan Club which was started
while she was on Andromeda. I don't know what happened to the fan club.
I haven't received any emails in over 5 years?

I liked Tracy, but what I particularly liked was that

Here's why, as we figured it out when the ep. was new to Forkni-l.
Some stations cut to commercial just as Nick, holding Janette, screams
no. Their viewers lost the motion where Nick bends forward,
presumably about to bring her back across.

I'm not sure all of them think she died as a mortal. I think that they hope
she was brought back across some other way.
