Subject: Third Season

So, I'm rewatching the whole series and I'm up to the third season.
Somehow, I'd remembered part of the casting kerfuffle aiming for a younger
hipper audience but I'd forgotten the "Silk Stalkings" type scenes which
got included in at least the first half of the season. (I'm up to "My
Boyfriend Is a Vampire".)
Given the time that has passed, I find I'm actually *less* forgiving of
that SilkS theme in the show ... although I'm enjoying the characters of
Vachon, URS and Screed more. I was wondering if the current list members
felt the same way about the SilkS aspect or if they've accepted the third
season in total as "that relative who's not your favorite but they're still
family."

I used to watch "Silk Stalkings," even though I didn't think it was all
that good a show, but I'm not sure what you mean by the "Silk
Stalkings," theme in the show. Can you explain that a bit?

I ussed to watch Silk Stalkings too.
I liked the leads, they made it entertaining.

As to the third season of Forever Knight:
I liked Tracy, but what I particularly liked was that
she wasn't trreated as a dumb blond. She had a brain
and used it. Also Vachon was cute as hell. ;-
Of course, Screed and Urs were terrific additions.
Losing Schanke hurt, and for season two, I was
disappointed that they never really made any use
of Cohen. (Oh, well, <shrug>. )

Which is where the "whammy" comes in so handy! (And that's assuming you
don't know any vampire MDs.)
