They're at very irregular intervals, such as when there's enough

We do still have some people on digest, but so far most responders
favor repeal. Since I don't think there's much chance of jammed disks
now, we don't have to worry aout that.

As to Fkfic-l, let me think and consult Don. I don't think we need a
line limit there either, for the same reason as no longer needing one
on the main list. I know we're no longer even remotely high volume.
