Subject: Yuletide fanfic exchange
Are there any Cohen-heads still around on list? I asked for Forever Knight
among my possible prompts for the Yuletide fan fiction gift exchange; and
particularly asked for a story about either Feliks Twist or Amanda Cohen.
Well, someone has come up trumps! (I don't know who: Yuletide stories are
always anonymous until New Year's.)
Do have a look at "Rondeau" (http://archiveofourown.org/works/598603). Its
basic plot puts Cohen at the precinct holiday party; but it is so much more,
fleshing out her attitudes to work (not least Nick and Schanke), her family
(oh, my, her *husband*), and her personal history.
Seriously, this one is well worth taking a look at.
