A hearty thank you to Greer for all her hard work in covering the Faction
Icons. I know that was a lot of hard work, wow. It's been fun watching
them take shape.

Let's take another moment and add a reminder for all of us. *Forever
Knight *was the first ever television series that had factions. After FK,
the deluge.

Subject: Who are the Dark Natties?

I've come across the affiliation "Dark Natties" in sigs, and also in some
of the longer faction lists. On inspection, I'm inclined to think that it
may be an early name for the Dark NatPack. But I do wonder, of course, if
that's right. Maybe someone who's been around longer can remember.

In Meredith's Affiliation FAQ of 15 May 1996, the Dark Natties are described
thus:

Dark Nattie **: A follower of Natalie Lambert who wants to see her
"brought across". Dark Natties, generally, but not always, would
like to see Nick & Nat together (see also Natpacker, Natpack).

The important point here is that the Affiliations FAQ does *not* mention the
Dark NatPack by name (though it does have the Dark Knighties). That's what
makes me think that Dark Nattie is an early name for the same faction. In
which case, I've already made their icon. :-) Alternatively, "Dark
Nattie" could be the name for *members* of the Dark NatPack.

However, I'd like to know for sure.

Subject: Who are the NatVampCamp?

I've come across the "NatVampCamp" in sigs and faction lists. Can anyone
tell me whether this is actually a separate faction? Or maybe a subfaction
of the Dark NatPack? Or what?

I mean, it's fairly clear what they stand for! The question, though, is
whether they're a distinct group.

The Forever Knight Faction List website has this to say: "NatVampCamp -
Fans in favour of Natalie becoming a vampire. Also referred to as
"MadNatters" and "Dark Natties"."

However, I know that this description is somewhat in error, since the
"MadNatters" were actually an alternative to the NatPack proper, created by
people who were denied membership in the main faction.

So? NatVampCamp...? Dark Natties...? Dark NatPack...? How do I pick
these apart? (Or *do* they pick apart?)
