I don't recall specifically about *our* (FK) "Swiss Cheesers", but in
many fandoms there are consistency/continuity fans who note, and
report on, the various plot holes and inconsistencies in that
fandom's canon.  In a number of older fandoms, the writers were known
to ignore, or write deliberately contrary to, the continuity
established by earlier episodes in that canon. FK, while it came
after most of those fandoms, was still notorious for interepisode
continuity issues and historical inaccuracies...
