From what Cloud says, the Tattooed Desert Guy Appreciation Society is a
"faction" for an actor who only appears in fan art. I don't think that's
really icon-worthy. (I shall, however, make a note in the wiki.)

The Raven's Cellar, of course, is quite another matter. Their icon will be
forthcoming.

Subfactions count, or at least *can* count if the faction took their
existence seriously. (Okay, "seriously" is maybe not the best word.) I've
made an icon for a subfaction of the Knighties: I'm quite prepared to do so
for a subfaction of the NA.

What can you tell me/us about the Not So Vestal Virgins? I'd like to add
them to the wiki, of course; but it would also help when I make them an
icon.

Eager to hear more....

I have several email from this list on my phone. They will NOT delete. Does
anyone have a clue why not.

I'm not sure the word "serious" applies to anything associated with NA. <g>

My recollection of them is just that it refers to most of the members of NA,
in the context of tending to the Shrine and serving Nunkies under the
imperious direction (and under the well-shod foot) of the High Priestess
Jules. Just reading the NA entries in any War gives you the idea of life in
the Shrine. Just as the Vestal Virgins tended to the sacred flame in their
temple in Rome, the Not So Vestal Virgins tended to the Nunkies Shrine.

Only the list emails? That's odd.
Sometimes email gets weird on my iPhone. Try rebooting (shut it down
completely, leave it down a min & restart). That usually fixes my bizarre
phone problems.

Yes, the Not So Vestal Virgins tended the Nunkies Shrine (I'd almost forgotten!)

Just as an ironic twist of fate, there actually is a Nunkies Shrine which
visited several conventions and house parties.

Who has the Shrine?

ME! The Ratpacker ... I'm not sure how much of it still exists, but I have it
somewhere.

For those keeping records of Factions, during many Wars, the Ratpackers lived
in NA's shiny pretty kitchen cabinets (or at least our tunnels connected to
them).

Given that the artwork associated with the Raven's Cellar website used a
different actor for Miklos (not Earl Pastko), what do people think I should
do? One way would be true to the faction fan art; but it would be pretty
confusing to newer fans--or indeed to anyone who knows Forever Knight, but
isn't familiar with this particular (smallish) faction.

Thank you I will try. I'm always getting emails from 12/31/69. They
don't delete either. I think after a long time they finally go away but its
just odd to me. That's not the date but it is the year my dad died.
(11/29/69). I will try turning the phone off and see if they go away. Thanks
for the suggestion.

Jeannie,
I had the same problem last night with the same e-mails. It has happened
before with random e-mails so I don't think it's related to
just this list. I was able to delete them this morning.

I do remember a few of the Nick&Natpackers who were part of the Convent,
especially the late Marci Cheeseman (aka Nightlady, aka Sister Delight).

Some of the Convent's Nick&Nat XXX stories can be found at NickandNatpack.com
under the Nick&Nat Adult Fiction archive.
