So what was used in place of Ribena later on?

Just thought I'd make sure, after Greer mentioned that Ribena's cloying when
the syrup is taken full strength, that we all know Ger's story. Ribena syrup
was used for blood in the first season, at least in the Raven scenes.

Subject: ICFA conference
I'm just hours away from flying off to the International Conference on the
Fantastic in the Arts. I've written my paper, and put together my power
point presentation (some of NAT's lovely screencaps). The title is
"Sincerest Affection: Factions and War in Forever Knight Fandom".
Sadly I didn't get in anything like all the things I wanted to discuss.
It's only a twenty minute paper; and it's amazing how short that
is--especially since I'm in a session with two other presenters whose papers
are on quite different topics; so I can't assume people in the audience have
even *heard* of FK, let alone be fans.
However, I did keep my first draft, which is almost twice as long. If I
fatten it up some more, then maybe some day I can do the topic the justice
it deserves. In the meantime....
(And thank you all for chipping in with memories. It makes me feel rather
more confident about the things I'm saying--not to mention answering
questions. Also, of course, I've been enjoying all the reminiscences. As,
I think, have others on list.)
