Busted my knee, my computer crashed, my blinds broke, two friends died (one expected, the other wasn't, but he had parkinsons and was bi-polar, so it was kinda amazing he lived as long as he did) and both children of the second man ended up in the hospital. Did I mention my December sucked? Your cards have been one of the (now) three good things this month. Every card I received brought a smile to my face. So even though I didn't manage to send any myself, I just wanted to thank all of you for yours. Thank you. We have an old theater here in town, that has apartments above it, and over the holidays they had a special showing of "It's a Wonderful Life". This is still on the large old-fashioned marquee of the theater and blurrs the lines between reality and fandom every time I drive by it. ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 31 Dec 2010 17:18:39 -0500 From: Judith Cataldo <judycat@e.......> Subject: Re: FORKNI-L Digest - 27 Dec 2010 to 31 Dec 2010 (#2010-46) In the pilot movie, Nick Knight, Nick lived in an old movie theater and the movie listed on the marquee was It's a Wonderful Life.
