Excellent! Does management agree? (If anyone has said something definite
either way, I may have missed it)

I admit it, I may in fact be the only person who has ever consistently had
some sort of bad experience with every war that I have been in. In fact, I
may even be the only person who has ever had a bad experience with any war
ever. Is this my fault? Maybe, maybe not. Does it mean I should stop
participating? No, because these sorts of problems shouldn't happen to
anyone, ever.

Well, you're at least half right. What I disagreed with most, was the
extreme overreaction to my alleged "misbehviour", as well as the capricious
and inconsistent treatment (or more precisely, no punishment whatsoever) of
at least 2 individuals whose "misbehaviour" was actually worse than mine, at
least in degree. So yes, I believe it was personal.

I'm not advocating that the other 2 people should have been punished, but
rather the fact that they were not punished at all, for essentially the same
alleged crime, is absolute proof that it was personal.

I'll explain this in a bit more detail when I make my suggestions for how
this sort of thing can be prevented in the future.

I will, however, "spoiler" myself by saying that 3 of the major suggestions
will be:

- The WM should NOT have absolute power
- The WM's decisions (especially in cases of discipline / punishments) can
be appealed to the listowners (basically ties in with #1, I suppose)
- The WM should NOT be anonymous, "tradition" be damned.

You're welcome.

I love going to Stratford. Ger has already been announced for next season.
Camelot (King Arthur) & Merry Wives of Windsor (Falstaff), I think.
