I just received a postcard at my home address with a discount code for Geraint's
Do Not Go Gentle in New York this winter. Did anyone else on list get one of

I got one today! I can't go, but I'm very excited. I do have friends who
go to NYC to see plays so will see if anyone plans a trip soon and would like
to see it.
I've never been a member of Ger's club and don't recall signing up for Marla's
site. In any case, I moved just a few years ago and it came to my new address. <g>

I received one of these also. Wish I was close enough to easily go.
My guess was it was perhaps sent to those of us who have praticipated in
the Holiday Card exchange in the past from someone else that participated.
That is the only thing FK wise that I recall giving my address for.
I recognize a lot of the names I am seeing replying that they also got
one from the Holiday Card exchange.

I haven't had one so far. It's possible the snail addresses for you and the
others came from a Christmas Card Exchange list, but I suspect something a
little more devious. Did any of you buy an FK product, such as one of the
Berkeley books or a DVD with a credit card? If so, that might be where their
info came from. Credit card companies do things like that unless the card
holder has opted out (if offered the chance to do so.) Alternatively, did
anyone buy something like this from Amazon, which naturally has mailing
addresses from transactions?

Marla explained in an earlier post she arranged for the postcards, they didn't
come from Amazon, etc. I don't recall buying any of my FK items from Amazon.
Whatever the case, I'm just very glad she sent them and had my most recent
address!!!! Although I probably won't be able to go, it is a very nice gesture
that I hope continues. I'm going to see if any of my theater friends plan NYC
trips soon as I know they'd appreciate seeing it even if they aren't FK fans.
