Subject: FK moment
Overheard in my local Costume store while I was buying Halloween goodies: a
woman and two men were discussing the vampire fangs on display. One man was
holding a pack of fangs up in front of his mouth and saying "but Nick's are
shorter than these"; the other man grabbed them out of his hand and said
"well fine, I'll take them, they look just right for LaCroix!"
The 'Nick' man was shorter than me, and very, very well-rounded <g>, the
'LaCroix' man was very tall and thin and bony with a completely bald head
and a goatee, and the woman who I assume was Janette as she was holding a
Renaissance-style dress over her arm was tiny and had one leg in full
bright-orange plaster with crutches! I would have said "hi" to my fellow
fans but I had to get out of the store before I burst out laughing.
I would love to be a fly on the wall at THAT party.
