Does anyone know how their surname should be spelled? I've just watched the episode through; and the way people say it, it sounds like Tofler or Toffler; but BrightKnightie's character list has "Toeffler" (which is not the way anyone in the episode actually pronounces it). If anyone has a copy of the script for "1966", that would be the best source for spellings Also, do we ever learn what the father's first name is?
