No, it's not available in the US (and, imho, probably won't be until
someone starts airing it here), though many Canadian webstores will ship
to the US.  I bought my copy from Amazon's Canadian affiliate, though
their website shows they're currently out of stock.A websearch should
turn up a number of webstores you can buy it from.  If you don't want to
buy from someplace you've never heard of and don't want to wait for
Amazon to get it back in stock, the CBC website says they have it in
stock. Steve F.

Yes.  It was released in the US in December..   It is available on Amazon.com
and while I don't know how common this is, they are  carrying it in the Best
Buy stores here in Madison, WI.

in NTSC format
