It's been awhile since I've seen ILCK, but I recall Sofia, at one point,
drawing blood directly from her arm with a syringe. This led me to believe
that her "treatment" was nothing more than an injection of her own [vampire
] blood.

But if Sofia's treatment in ILCK did include more than just

I was pondering this as I was downloading mass quantities of songs from
Limewire to replace my favorite artists that are on cassette tape. What
bands and/or singers do our favorite characters like and would sing in the
shower?

Remember the line "A few beers, a little James Brown, and you can't
keep me off the tables."?
BTW, has anybody every written a fic with that as a prompt? That
would be a fun scene to see fleshed out.

I guess the closest thing to that is Nick singing Karaoke in my fanfic Urs's
Big Idea. He sang "Jump" by the Pointer Sisters. Everyone can read it at

That quote is actually one of my favorites from the series and I
really wanted to highlight it. I've been wanting to put together a
fun Nick vid to a James Brown song. I had so much fun with a Schanke
vid I did recently that this seemed like a natural extension. It's
just a matter of finding the *right* song and I haven't yet.
