In this case the version that was aired in Germany misses several moments.
The opening theme begins right after the killer pulled the trigger of the flame thrower.
We never see the victim on fire.
The second scene that was cut is in the morgue. We see Natalie open the body bag, but we never
see her pulling out the burnt arm.
The third scene is in the sewer when the second victim is killed. Again the
scene is cut before we see the burning remains.
I was pretty shocked when I first saw the complete version and don't mind that they cut those
scenes over here.
Although, from the stuntman's point of view, I would probably complain badly.

transcripts of the "Canadian scenes" during the hiatus! I'll have to see if
I can figure out where my old Canadian tapes have gotten to. :-)
