There also would have been descriptions given of the man from bystanders. However maybe Nick just ordered Natalie to fake up an Autopsy report. After all he couldn't just make the case disappear. I also wondered how Nick explained the holes in the roof of the nursery and how Roger ended up in the compost heap. And how badly he was hurt. The latter is something that police get investigated over. Debbie ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 27 Aug 2007 20:36:26 -0500 From: eowyn23@j....... Babbitt" <sbabbitt@b.......> Subject: Anybody here going to DragonCon? Nearly every year at Dragon*Con, I meet other FK fans just by virtue of wearing my FK logo T-shirt. I figured this year I'd pretend I had a klew and see in *advance* if anybody's coming instead of just hoping to stumble into people! I know our esteemed ListFounder is usually there, and I'd very much like to meet any other fans who'll be in town. If you're coming to the con, drop me a line. Maybe we can have a small FK fen gathering! -- -------------- Stephanie Babbitt (sbabbitt@b.......), Atlanta, GA Vaquera (Because I Can), MadNatter, N&NPacker Nobody Dies. Could he get any more over the top? 2) Nick's purple jacket. Talk about channeling Miami Vice fashions for a couple of scenes. 3) Nick: "they were in Vietnam, they were in the Persian Gulf and now they are in the bathroom." Natalie: "Well the sight of blood does strange things to people." Nick: "Tell me about it." 4) amazingly powerful video-editing system they have for that news camera...and the camera's ability to record at extremely high resolutions in poor light is truly a mark of unreality. 5) Schanke's comment about how every cop on the beat will be carrying a camera with him is amusing prophetic. Dashboard cameras in police cruisers have been come standard equipment in many places and I know that a minicamera in the hat or strapped to the shoulder is being tested in Great Britian. 6) Technically, Nick and Schanke should have dove for the floor when that M-16 opened up on them in the apartment building. A normal house wall ain't gonna stop assault rifle rounds. Given that the badguy was strafing the center of the door, they should have gotten down and well to the sides. Standing up by the jam is very Hollywood....but also is commonly the way things were done in the era in television. 7) Good grief. another Nick flying sequence. Boy, does that style of trying to actual show Nick in flight look bad. 8) why did Nick force Danny to move on? What harm would having Danny around cause? He obviously wasn't killing anyone or Metro Homicide would already have been involved. ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 28 Aug 2007 08:27:00 -0400 From: "Phillips, Tim" <Tim.Phillips@s.......> Subject: Episode Discussion Scheduling: Feeding The Beast Next episode up is Feeding the Beast.
