Do you mean emphasis on pink in the diner scenes?

Colors go in and out of fashion and pink was really big
in the 1950s. The diner is harking back to that era.

It is entirely possible there were more scenes on TV than on the DVD. There
are definitely scenes missing from the first two-part ep. There were also scenes
cut from the DVD The Grinch Who Stole Christmas. After buying the DVD, I had
to record it off the TV to get the whole thing. :o(

Not just the diner; if you look at Nick's clothing,
all the shirts he wore were a pale pink (with the
exception of when he was sitting on the ledge in his
apartment, his shirt was red), and the lighting in
general had a pink tone, more so than in many of the
other episodes. Even the early morning drop off of
Rebecca was "pink".

And I have to admit, one of my favorite Nick/Nat
scenes was at the end when they are discussing
Schanke's hypnosis. Very cute and light-hearted.

I have a question that needs an answer, because I's driving me crazy. If
anyone has seen the movie, 'Ms Scrooge'; does Mr. Nigel Bennett play the
ghost of present in it? Anyone, please.

Not according to the IMDB or his website.
There is no "Ghost of Christmas Present" character
listed for the credits at IMDB for the movie,
