Subject: My FK Moment Today

Picked up a stack of pension payslips to be mailed out to a client late this
afternoon, and as per routine checked the accompanying paperwork to make
sure the sequence number on the last payslip matched the number listed as
being in the file. After five years in this position, and routinely sending
out jobs numbering anything from 1 to +100,000, I finally got the magic
number come up!

Yup! I had 1228 pension payslips in my hot little mitts- at last! Guys in
the office were wondering why I was sitting there with a silly little grin
on my face....

Cousin Kezia

Single-handedly I have fought my way into this hopeless mess

I married my magic number. My husband was born on 12/28. I had
mentioned that before. What I didn't find out until yesterday was that
one of his nephews was also born on 12/28.

Neat.

In one of the Dance series (I think) he leaned back and tossed pencils at the
ceiling. The current captain came by and he climbed up on the desk to take them
all down. Schanke wouldn't give him any of his pencils when Nick ran out of his.

I was reading the SciFi website yesterday when the caption

Fox Orders Immortal Cop Show

  caught my eye.

I've been watching Battlestar Galactica and waiting for someone to
realize that FK is another "sleeping" property that could be reawakened.
So I went to
http://www.scifi.com/scifiwire/index.php?category=5&id=39189&type=0
   and read the blurb

"The Fox TV network has ordered a pilot tentatively titled New
Amsterdam, about a New York homicide detective who is secretly centuries
old, Variety reported.

Allan Loeb and Christian Taylor (ABC's Miracles) will write and
executive-produce the pilot. Steven Pearl also is an executive producer.
Regency TV is producing with Scarlet Fire Films, the trade paper
reported."

	Close...but not what I want.

	Tim
